Founded in 2009, Briquettes Smokehouse is a part of our community. The three-story, brick walled eatery offers some of the best BBQ brisket and ribs in the U.S., served right here in the Ashtabula Harbor. They also focus on craft beers, specialty cocktails and small batch bourbons. They feature regular specials highlighting locally raised and butchered meats, local and regional craft beers, and a unique Maple-mustard BBQ sauce made from maple syrup that is harvested and hand-crafted by the founder, from his personal sugarbush.
