March 1st – 31st, 2025

The Wineries of the Grand River Valley welcome you to their 22nd Annual Ice Wine Festival. Spring Sparkling Bubbly Trail

Weekends in April

Join Ferrante Winery, Kosicek Vineyards, M Cellars, & Laurello Vineyards each weekend in April, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, to celebrate the Spring Sparkling Bubbly Trail. Sample sparkling wines paired with small plates for $10 per person at each location.

Bunny Hop Wine & Cocktail Trail

April 1st – 30th, 2025

Hop from place-to-place sampling wines paired with Easter & Spring appetizers & desserts on the Bunny Hop Wine & Cocktail Trail! This trail runs from April 1st-30th, 2025, from Noon-5 pm each day. Join the members of The Valley Wine Group on a trail to find the perfect wines to pair with your Easter feast and favorite Spring dishes with a chance to win an overnight Wine Getaway when you complete the trail! Wine N Bloom Trail

Apr 25-27 & May 2-4, 2025

The Wine n’ Bloom Trail is a self-driving wine trail. Enjoy wine samples and appetizers at each of the participating wineries. Collect a different flowering annual plant at each winery. Geneva-on-the-Lake Summer Kick-off Parade

May 10th, 2025

Bring a chair and line the strip at Geneva-on-the-Lake for the summer kick-off parade to celebrate the start to the summer season. This local treasure has been a tourist hot spot for over 150 years! Many seasonal businesses will be opening this day to kick off their 2025 season.

Woof, Wag, & Wine Trail

June 1st-30th, 2025

Enjoy a food & wine tour with your pup on the Woof, Wag, & Wine Trail! Participating wineries include Grand River CellarsDebonne Vineyards, and Cask 307 Winery. You can spread your visits out over the entire event duration. Your ticket includes an appetizer, wine samples, a dog treat at each location, and a bandana for your dog.

Beach Glass Festival

June 28th & 29th, 2025

Ashtabula Harbor will be filled with beach glass creations large and small during the Annual Beach Glass Festival. Vendors and collectors gather to show off their treasures. Come for beautiful beach glass art and delicious food.

Ashtabula County Antique Engine Club’s Summer Show

July 4th, 5th, & 6th 2025

The Ashtabula County Antique Engine Club’s Summer Show is a continuous display of tractors, gas engines, antique cars and trucks, blacksmithing, wood carving, sawmill, planning, shingle mill, crafts, flea market, music, and so much more. Food is served all three days of the show.

Wine & Walleye Festival

July 25th – 27th, 2025

A savory scent and alluring sizzle waft through the air at The Wine & Walleye Festival. Enjoy filets of fresh walleye from Lake Erie. D-Day Reenactment

August 14th, 15th, & 16th, 2025

D-Day Ohio, Inc. will invade the Lake Erie shores of Conneaut, and stage the largest D-Day (1944) living history reenactment in the country. Featuring over 1,800 reenactors, spectators will witness a living tribute to the veterans of WWII through dress, mock battles, and living history displays. Be sure to visit the D-Day Ohio WWII Museum while you’re in town.

Thunder on the Strip

September 4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th 2025

The biggest bike rally in Northeast Ohio, always the weekend after Labor Day! The Geneva-on-the-Lake “Strip” is alive during Thunder on the Strip with stunt shows, live entertainment, vendors village, and a bike parade! Book your stay early, rooms fill up fast for this annual event.

60th Annual Grape Jamboree Festival

September 27th & 28th, 2025

Celebrate the grape harvest at the annual Grape Jamboree, a two-day festival! Visitors will enjoy a variety of grape-flavored products, like grape pie, freshly squeezed grape juice, wine, grape ice cream, and more. Participate in grape stomping, shop the vendors, and enjoy live music.

Trot through Ohio Wine Country sampling wine and perfectly paired appetizers on the Turkey Trot Wine Trail. Pick up a bottle or two to serve with your favorite Thanksgiving dish.

Holidays in the Village

December 6th & 7th and 13th & 14th, 2025

Come join the village of Geneva-on-the-Lake for a small town Christmas celebration during Holidays in the Village! For the first two weekends of December, the village will come alive with Christmas cheer and holiday activities. Holiday pop-up shops will be open for Christmas shopping and the restaurants & bars will be fully decorated and offering seasonal specials.
