Prep: 30 mins
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ohio Grapes, Concord preferred
- 1 pizza dough or flatbread, rolled out
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cups Havarti, shredded
- ¼ cup Ohio honey
- ¼ cup fresh herbs, chopped: parsley, sage, and basil are best
- salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, arrange grapes and toss with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Bake for 10 minutes until grapes have softened and are just bursting.
- On another baking sheet, roll out your dough or flatbread, and sprinkle with the shredded Havarti. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown and melted.
- Once the flatbread has baked, top with the roasted grapes, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Season with salt one more time and serve warm. This is a great appetizer or pairs well with a tossed salad for an entrée. Enjoy!
