What to expect

This lovely two-story Cape Cod home has three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a reading ‘sitting’ room for quiet time to read or just relax. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, one queen bedroom, and a full bath. There are hardwood floors throughout. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the view. Enjoy the outdoors while cooking out on the grill or snuggling by the fire pit! You may see deer or turkeys at any given moment.  Pre-approved K-9 companions are welcome ONLY with ADVANCED NOTICE. There is plenty of room to play catch, play cornhole, or go for a walk on five secluded acres. Bring your boat; it is a quick drive to Lake Erie! There is so much to see in Ashtabula County. Covered Bridges, Wineries, Historic Lift Bridge, Geneva Grape Jamboree, D-Day, Ashtabula County Fair, Thunder on the Strip, and Spire Institute.
