Guests are invited to enjoy an exceptional evening featuring expertly paired food and red wines from across the Grand River Valley. Tickets are priced at $105 per person. Overnight stay packages are also available at the Riverbend Hotel & Suites, with a choice of River View or standard guest rooms.
Live entertainment will be provided from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The evening will feature an extravagant grazing table alongside a curated selection of exceptional cask-aged red wines from the Grand River Valley.
Each guest will receive a gift bag containing exclusive savings at each member winery, as well as a commemorative logo red wine glass.
The Cask Red Wine Project
The Cask Red Wine Project was established in 2010 with the vision of creating continuous red blends that showcase the character of the Grand River Valley. Each year, a portion of the wine is bottled and released to allow space for the next vintage. The date displayed on each bottle reflects both the year the project began (“10”) and the year of bottling (“25”).
Each participating estate winery selected a unique 500-gallon cask barrel, filled with vinifera grapes grown on their own vineyards and crafted by their respective winemakers. These wines are perpetually aged, perpetually oaked, and annually refreshed with an exceptional estate vintage. While each winery’s blend is distinct, all are extraordinary.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the depth, complexity, and excellence of Grand River Valley red wines through this remarkable and evolving project.
