Cm Class 3: Endocrine – Prevent Diabetes



This class focuses on education, demonstrations, and shared meals designed to help prevent — and in some cases even reverse — diabetes.

The 10-week program has shown outstanding results in slowing, preventing, and even reversing diabetes. Participants are invited to attend this engaging 2.5-hour course to learn practical strategies, enjoy hands-on demonstrations, and share a healthy meal together.

The course is rooted in Lifestyle Medicine, a medical specialty that empowers individuals to take control of their health through evidence-based tools such as sleep, nutrition, movement, detoxification, social connection, and stress reduction. Lifestyle Medicine aims to prevent disease, promote long-term health, and in some cases, reverse chronic illness.
