CM Class 5: Musculoskeletal System – Whole Body

Osteoarthritis is often linked to metabolic disease, systemic inflammation, and modifiable lifestyle factors. Maintaining physical strength plays a key role in overall health and can help reduce pain and improve mobility.

This class focuses on practical tools, nourishing recipes, and foods that support joint health and keep the body strong and moving through every stage of life. Participants will spend time in the demo kitchen preparing a nourishing bowl — a quick, family-friendly meal designed to be both delicious and supportive of long-term health.

The course is rooted in Lifestyle Medicine, a medical specialty that empowers individuals to take control of their health using evidence-based tools such as sleep, nutrition, movement, detoxification, social connection, and stress reduction.
