Evan and his second wife Laura have decided to give up their hectic life in the big city
and open up a quaint little hotel along the New England coast.
Joined by Evan’s adult son Scott, the three begin renovations on the hotel.
While Scott, who has just returned from active combat overseas, is struggling to readjust to civilian life. But, these old buildings sometimes come with ghosts of their own.
And when those ghosts begin toying with the minds and emotions of the living,
things begin to spiral out of control and the living and the dead begin the inexorable countdown to…
