This five-week course takes place on Tuesdays and is designed as an intensive Culinary Medicine program focused on women’s health before, during, and after menopause.
Women spend approximately 35–40% of their lives in menopause. This program is designed to help make those years the healthiest and most fulfilling chapter yet.
The course is based on the book PAVING: A Woman’s Path Through Menopause and Beyond by Drs. Michelle Tollefson, Beth Frates, and Amy Comander. Each class features an in-depth exploration of women’s health during the menopause transition and beyond, paired with culinary education and optional physical wellness activities beginning at 5:00 PM.
Class Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Participants will receive reference materials, goal-setting tools, and guidance to support a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
