A 5-course, wine-paired tasting menu built to be the kind of dinner you talk about the next day.
This one is all about the ocean. Bright, briny starts. Rich, buttery middle courses. You’ll move through oysters, tuna tartare, chef-driven surprises, a center-cut catch with a table-side moment, and a clean citrus finale.

The Brine & The Pearl – trio of oysters with Bloody Mary mignonette + edible pearl
I. The Raw – yellowfin tuna tartare, citrus + garden herb oils, sesame, avocado, chilled seaweed salad
II. The Reef’s Shadow – Caribbean-spiced blacktip shark, squid ink rice, coconut-lime curry cream
III. The Crustacean – butter-poached langostino + lump blue crab, angel hair, Meyer lemon cream, salmon roe
IV. The Great Catch – center-cut swordfish in brown butter, parsnip silk, charred purple cauliflower, table-side jus
V. The Finale – lemon sorbet with seasonal berries + mint.
