Wine, Dine, & Create! Sushi Style!


Join Vincent William for a fun sushi workshop where you can wine, dine, and create your own rolls!

Come for a delightful culinary journey! Chef Matt Conti will guide you step-by-step as we work together to craft sushi rolls that balance fresh, savory, and bright flavors.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make three distinct sushi rolls from scratch – from preparing the rice to rolling, slicing, and garnishing:

Your ticket includes your first glass of wine or sake to enjoy while you learn and create.

Sushi Rolls:
• Spicy Crab Roll
• Vegetable Roll
• Yellow fin tuna roll

Components: Avocado, Cucumber, Carrots, Cream Cheese, Sushi rice, Toasted seaweed wraps.

Sauces for our rolls include:

-Ponzu sauce

-Yum Yum sauce

-Sesame Ginger sauce

Sides for the table include:

-Fresh wasabi

-Pickled ginger

📌 Groups of 4: Participants will be grouped in parties of four. If you’re attending with others, we’ll do our best to group you together.
