Kosicek Vineyards is hosting its first wine dinner in many years, held in the vineyard’s cellar. Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner prepared by Ashtabula’s own Briquettes Smokehouse, complete with wine pairings for each course and dessert.

Smoke-roasted salmon crusted with dill, cucumber salad, and butternut squash purée
Second Course
Herb-crusted chicken with sun-dried tomato hummus, tabbouleh, and a compound Greek yogurt sauce
Third Course
Smoked beef brisket served with roasted potatoes and collard greens
Dessert
Ice Wine Affogato
