They are bringing a true chef-driven experience to their Speakeasy: a 6-course Wild Game Dinner paired with rare bourbons and special wines. This is one of the most unique dinners they’ve ever done… and seats are extremely limited.
Here’s what they’re serving:
Smoked Duck & Pomegranate Cherry-wood–smoked duck breast with a bright pomegranate purée.
Venison Loin with Blackberry Cast-iron–seared venison with a tangy blackberry–champagne sauce and shaved fennel.
Wild Boar Ravioli Handmade jumbo ravioli filled with braised wild boar and black truffle, in a rich Barolo wine broth.
Rabbit Consommé A clear, deeply flavorful rabbit broth with herbs, smoked root vegetables, and shredded rabbit.
Elk Chop with Espresso Demi-Glace A buttery, pan-seared elk chop over black garlic purée, finished with a smoked espresso-bourbon glaze.
Deconstructed Old Fashioned Dessert Bourbon-orange sponge cake, bitters meringue, house-made orange zest ice cream, and smoked cherry caramel.
And throughout the night, you can choose from rare bourbons and special wines to pair.
