Wine, Dine & Create: Homemade Pasta


Participants are invited to Vincent William Wine for an engaging culinary experience in which they will learn to craft four types of handmade pasta from scratch — with the first glass of wine included.

Chef Matt Conti will lead guests through each step of the process, demonstrating how to create dishes that highlight fresh, savory, and seasonal flavors.

Each ticket includes a complimentary first glass of wine to enjoy during the class.

In this hands-on cooking session, participants will make both Ravioli and Gnocchi from scratch, using two doughs to create four distinct pastas:

Ravioli Doughs
• Classic Ricotta Ravioli
• Spinach Ravioli with Ricotta Filling

Gnocchi Doughs
• Pumpkin Seed Ricotta Gnocchi (naturally gluten-free)
• Colorful & Seasonal Gnocchi

To complement these dishes, participants will also prepare two sauces:
• Pumpkin Seed Pesto (Nut-Free)
• Vincent William Marinara

📌 Groups of Four: Participants will be organized into groups of four. Those attending with friends or family will be grouped together whenever possible.

Guests are encouraged to arrive hungry, as they will enjoy the dishes they prepare.
