Historic 19th Century Jefferson Depot Village

Walk in your Ancestor's footsteps at the Ashtabula County "living history village" in Jefferson, the County Seat.  Visit the 1872 Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad Station, the quaint 1848 Church in the Wildwood, the 1918 Red Caboose, the 1849 Church Barn ( built exclusively for the circuit-rider minister). the 1838 Spafford One-Room Schoolhouse, Hohn's Century General Store, an 1860 Pharmacy, the Benetka Blacksmith Shop, the 1888 Victorian House, 1879 Carriage House with the 1865 Lenox Cornet Bandwagon,  the J. Warner Tavern and the 1850 Queen Anne Victorian House being restored.   Located: east of SR 46 & downtown Jefferson. $10.00 Donation , under 10 free.  Kid friendly.  Free parking.  Groups, school field trips, weddings, reunions, meetings welcome by appointment.

Open Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Thursday 10am-4pm.  Schoolhouse tours by appointment only.
