Furry friends are welcome! The property accommodates up to two dogs with a small cleaning fee. Guest Access & Guidelines: The home is located on a quiet residential street, and guests are encouraged to be courteous neighbors. Fishing preparation is not permitted on the premises. Ample parking is available in the driveway, with additional on-street options. Guests bringing a boat trailer should coordinate in advance. The main entrance has three steps; one bedroom and the bathroom are on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms are upstairs. Guests do not have access to the basement or garage.   This property provides a perfect balance of space, comfort, and fun, ensuring memorable stays for families and groups.
