Since its inception in 2008, armed with a vision, pride, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, the founders of M Cellars began skillfully striking a balance between new-world wine-making and established old-world methods, handcrafting world-class wines to showcase the Grand River Valley’s distinctive terroir. They are driving the region to new heights and bringing attention to the wines of Ohio. M Cellars is run by everyday people who handcraft wines with a great sense of place, leaving behind a remarkable legacy. Visitors are welcome to join them during the following hours: Sunday – Thursday 12pm – 6pm, Friday & Saturday 12pm – 8pm (Open Daily). Prior reservations for limo & bus groups are kindly requested. The winery boasts estate-grown European-influenced wine, an amazing staff, world-class service, a comfortable tasting room with a wood-burning fireplace, a patio deck, special events, ample parking, and handicapped accessibility. The impressive list of varietals includes Meritage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Rkatsiteli, Gruner Veltliner, Dry Rosé, Brut Rosé (Champenoise method sparkling), Madelyn (sparkling Riesling), and Amelia (sweet blush).
