Their home is nestled in 100 acres of rolling Ohio woodland on the Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Tour, The Ohio Wines and Vines Trail and the Barn Quilt Trail. Bear Creek Farm Bed and Breakfast is a unique, upscale B&B designed especially for those who are looking for an experience... not just a place to stay. At Bear Creek Farm Bed and Breakfast expect to enjoy the quiet of the country, stars overhead, wildlife, 3/4 acre pond, three miles of trails, and nine hole disc golf course, all on-site. Perhaps just plain relaxation on the wrap-around porch or in their cozy sitting room by the fireplace appeals to you. They have three freshly decorated queen or king guest rooms and one king suite (under construction) each with it's own private bath, DVD player and Wi-fi. For a totally private and romantic getaway reserve their Guest Cottage for the two of you or bring the children. You might enjoy a stroll to Bear Creek waterfall and State Road Covered Bridge or take a short drive and enjoy some of the area’s wineries, beaches, museums. You will have the opportunity to explore unique restaurants and shops in the Ashtabula and Conneaut Harbors or attend festivals, the raceway and seasonal events related to Lake Erie and Conneaut Beach including the world renowned D-Day Reenactment. In the winter, enjoy a room with a fireplace, skiing ( only 1 1/2 hours away in New York) or attend a pops or classical concert by the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra in Erie, PA which is only 1/2 hour away. If you have the children with you, enjoy Presque Isle Beaches or boat tours, Waldamere Amusement Park , Splash Lagoon and the Pymatuming Reservoir Spillway. If you are a fisherman, enjoy guided fly fishing or a private charter on Lake Erie. Bring your bike and ride down the Western Reserve Greenway Bike Trail. So much to do!
