Brett Bellas – Ashtabula County Metroparks & Grand River Canoe Livery
Brett currently serves on the ACCVB Executive Committee. As Administrator of the Ashtabula County Metroparks, Brett Bellas plays a key role in expanding and developing the region’s outdoor spaces. His leadership has helped grow the county’s park system and increase visitor traffic along the Greenway Trail—ranked among the top trails in Ohio. In addition to his work in natural resource management, Brett is the second-generation owner of Grand River Canoe Livery, a family-run business since 1968. His combined expertise in recreation, conservation, and business management strengthens the CVB’s mission to connect people with Ashtabula County’s natural beauty and outdoor adventure opportunities.

Shane Gelfer – Sparky’s Place Restaurant & Table 985
Shane currently serves on the ACCVB Executive Committee. As owner of Sparky’s Place and Table 985 in Conneaut, Shane Gelfer brings entrepreneurial energy and global insight to the ACCVB board. His 17 years as an international retail consultant provided extensive experience helping clients navigate change and growth. Having lived and worked in large cities, small towns, and remote villages around the world, Shane offers a unique perspective on how communities attract visitors and foster local pride. His business acumen and innovative mindset help drive forward-thinking tourism initiatives across Ashtabula County.

Brook Collin Hall – Murphy’s Pub and Noble Art Dinner Theatre
With over 37 years of experience in entertainment, hospitality, and tourism, Brook Collin Hall brings a lifelong passion for showcasing the character and creativity of Ashtabula County. As owner of Murphy’s Pub & Ale House and the Noble Art Dinner Theater in Geneva-on-the-Lake, Brook has been a driving force in promoting local experiences and community-based tourism for more than two decades. A former director of the Lake Erie and Glass City Wine Festivals, he has long championed regional attractions and small businesses through innovative events and partnerships. Brook’s latest project—the renovation of the historic Masonic Lodge into the Noble Playhouse—reflects his commitment to expanding the county’s artistic and economic landscape through live entertainment and community engagement. Brook brings proven leadership, creative vision, and a collaborative spirit to every initiative. His goal is to strengthen Ashtabula County’s tourism network, amplify local voices, and help make our region not just a destination—but an experience visitors return to time and again.

Esther Hutchison – Woodsong Acres
Esther currently serves on the ACCVB Executive Committee. As co-owner of Woodsong Acres, a charming bed-and-breakfast nestled in the countryside, Esther Hutchison combines warmth, creativity, and professionalism in every guest experience. With 20 years in corporate recruiting—most recently in hospitality technology—she brings business expertise and a keen understanding of customer service. Esther’s passion for creating meaningful stays, paired with her love of community, family, and design, reflects the heart of Ashtabula County hospitality. Her perspective adds depth to the board’s mission to make every visit memorable.

Jennifer Laurello — Laurello Vineyards
A lifelong Ashtabula County resident, Jennifer Laurello brings a deep-rooted passion for her community and the Grand River Valley wine region. As part of the Laurello family’s next generation, she plays a key role in operations and marketing at Laurello Vineyards, where she has worked for the past six years. Jennifer combines creativity and strategy to elevate the winery’s brand through storytelling, social media, and event experiences that celebrate local culture and family tradition. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Walsh University, providing a strong foundation in strategic planning and organizational growth. Her professional expertise in marketing, community engagement, and tourism promotion aligns closely with the mission of the Ashtabula County Visitors Bureau. A dedicated mother of two, Jennifer values family, creativity, and community connection—qualities that drive her commitment to representing the Grand River Valley and helping shape the future of tourism in Ashtabula County.

Cindy Lindberg — Grand River Cellars & Ruff Life on the Lake
Cindy currently serves on the ACCVB Executive Committee. A lifelong Ashtabula County resident and proud Geneva High School graduate, Cindy Lindberg has dedicated her career to growing and promoting Ohio Wine Country. She is co-owner of Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant and Ruff Life on the Lake Dog Café & Boutique in Geneva-on-the-Lake. Cindy began her journey in the wine industry at Debonné Vineyards in 1997, advancing from bartender to director of special events and advertising. Today, she is a frequent media spokesperson and a passionate advocate for tourism and economic growth. Her leadership and creativity continue to help position the Grand River Valley as one of Ohio’s premier destinations.

Jenny Luhta — Harbor Halcyon
Jenny currently serves on the ACCVB Executive Committee. As owner and operator of Harbor Halcyon, Jenny Luhta brings creativity and enthusiasm to Ashtabula County’s tourism scene. Growing up in a bustling resort town, she witnessed firsthand how tourism can transform a community into a vibrant destination. Today, she channels that same energy into promoting lake life in Ashtabula Harbor. Jenny and her family spent nearly a decade living aboard their sailboat while traveling the U.S. East Coast and Caribbean—an experience that deepened her appreciation for hospitality, adventure, and community connection. Her leadership reflects a belief that Ashtabula County has everything it takes to shine as a premier lakeside destination.

Rebekah Spencer — GoGeneva Transportation, Tours, and Rentals
A lifelong Ashtabula resident, Rebekah has dedicated her career to serving the community through both healthcare and hospitality. For the past 11 years, she has worked as a registered nurse, bringing compassion, leadership, and a strong commitment to service. In 2018, she and her husband launched GoGeneva Transportation, Tours & Rentals, offering corporate and airport transportation, wine country shuttles throughout the Grand River Valley, and management of multiple vacation rental properties across Ashtabula and Geneva. Through her dual experience in healthcare and tourism, Rebekah has developed a unique perspective on community engagement and visitor experience. She works directly with travelers every day, gaining valuable insight into what attracts people to the region and how exceptional customer service enhances their stay. Rebekah’s deep local roots, business acumen, and dedication to Ashtabula County’s growth make her a strong advocate for collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the Visitors Bureau board.

Amanda Tirotta – Civic Development Corporation of Ashtabula County
Amanda currently serves on the ACCVB Executive Committee. An Ashtabula native, Amanda Tirotta serves as Executive Director of the Civic Development Corporation of Ashtabula County, which has led major capital campaigns to enhance local quality of life for more than 60 years. Passionate about community development, Amanda is dedicated to showcasing the area’s cultural, recreational, and educational assets. Together with her husband, Jason, and their two children, she enjoys exploring local boutiques, farmers’ markets, and wineries. Amanda’s leadership, enthusiasm, and deep connection to the region make her a strong advocate for Ashtabula County’s continued growth and vitality.
