Nights & Weekends Pizzeria
Nights & Weekends is a wood-fired pizzeria serving Neapolitan-style pies alongside small plates, salads, craft beer, wine and cocktails. We offer a casual, family friendly atmosphere with a welcoming staff. Opened on August 4th, 2021 by three Ohio natives, we are thrilled to bring delicious pizza and drinks to Ashtabula. You’ll find us on Bridge Street in the Historic Harbor district. So wait. What is Neapolitan pizza? In short, it’s a pizza style that originated in Naples, Italy, emphasizing fresh, everyday ingredients cooked quickly in hella hot heat. The result is a flavorful pie with a crisp, torched crust and a delicate, chewy center. Salute. Our Pavesi pizza oven, made in Modena, Italy, was assembled on location—and if we may be so bold, she’s a thing of beauty. A wood and gas hybrid, it’s fueled by locally sourced hardwood, including beech, oak, and cherry. We cook our pies at 750-800° Fahrenheit. Each is done in two minutes. Who’s hungry?
