Food & Wine Pairing in the CAVE 4/20

Join us in our exclusive Wine Cave for this popular, educational & informational wine tasting paired with small bites. You will experience how some characteristics of both the food and wine, such as flavor and ingredients work well together to enhance your enjoyment of each. Tastings will last 30-40 minutes and will include 5 wine samples of our award-winning wines paired with 4 small bites. Menu for April: *Grainy mustard & chive mashed potatoes *Herbed radish crostini *Watercress salad with toasted almonds, pomegranate, and red wine vinaigrette *Lemon cheesecake bites Reservations are required in advance. $25 per person.
