Salads and Dressings & Spring Greens Class @ Harbor Gardens

As we emerge from the cocoon of winter our bodies crave sunlight, warmth, and fresh greens! Well before lettuce and spinach are available, perennial plants, hardy biennials, and weeds from the backyard are offering delicious salad greens incomparable in taste, nutrition, and medicinal value to supermarket salad mixes. They will cover these plants and how they can help heal our nearest ecosystems starting with our own bodies. They will be doing tastings, making a salad, and then make several different salad dressings!
