Total Eclipse Yoga @ Grand River Cellars

Join us on April 8th, with the help of Ginny Brennan, from Illumin8, for a special yoga class to harness the powerful energy of the solar eclipse. This unique celestial event offers a rare opportunity for introspection and transformation, making it the perfect time to realign our energy and set new intentions. During this class, we will focus on sun salutations and postures that promote balance, strength, and inner peace. With the guidance of our experienced instructor, you will have the opportunity to connect with the energy of the eclipse and tap into its transformative potential.
