    On the National Register of Historic Sites in America, once known formally as Kilpi Hall is one of the few remaining examples of the Finnish Immigration in Ashtabula County. Today the Conneaut Arts Center offers diverse cultural experiences from music to visual arts; events, classes, art exhibits and rentals. Located at the corner of Buffalo and Park Avenues.     Conneaut Historical Railroad Museum

    The former New York Central train depot, built in 1900, is the home of the Conneaut Railroad Museum. Besides rare items, such as an 1866 Stock Certificate of the Red River Line (NYC) and relics from the Ashtabula Bridge Disaster of 1876 are large displays of lanterns, timetables, passes and old photos. Climb aboard the steam engine and caboose on exhibit. There are many other items that were used during the steam era which played a vital role in the building of our country. Located between Broad and Mill Streets on Depot Street. Hours: Memorial-Labor Day - Daily noon-5. Free, Donations accepted. Wheelchair accessible. Kid friendly.

    Historic 19th Century Jefferson Depot Village

    Walk in your Ancestor's footsteps at the Ashtabula County "living history village" in Jefferson, the County Seat.  Visit the 1872 Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad Station, the quaint 1848 Church in the Wildwood, the 1918 Red Caboose, the 1849 Church Barn ( built exclusively for the circuit-rider minister). the 1838 Spafford One-Room Schoolhouse, Hohn's Century General Store, an 1860 Pharmacy, the Benetka Blacksmith Shop, the 1888 Victorian House, 1879 Carriage House with the 1865 Lenox Cornet Bandwagon,  the J. Warner Tavern and the 1850 Queen Anne Victorian House being restored.   Located: east of SR 46 & downtown Jefferson. $10.00 Donation , under 10 free.  Kid friendly.  Free parking.  Groups, school field trips, weddings, reunions, meetings welcome by appointment.

    Rabbit Run Community Arts Assoc. and Theater

    We offer classes in music, drama, dance, and the visual arts as well as private music instruction to nearly 400 students each year ranging in age from 2 to 72. In addition to arts education we offer numerous cultural opportunities to the community. Every summer our youth programs including Pop Star Camp, Art Camp and Theater Camp keep youth hoppin' through hot summer days. RRCAA also operates historic Rabbit Run Theater, one of the few barn theaters still in operation in Ohio.
